[A] All bookings are done through our website due to limited capacity.
[B] Individual one-time account setup is mandatory to book any of our classes. Details required are:
(i) First Name & Last Name
(ii) Mobile
(iii) Email Address
[C] Booking policies & cancellation policies must be strictly adhered to, and are listed on our booking page.
[D] Sign In / Attendance:
(i) Upon reaching the studio, please mark your attendance with our staff over the counter.
(ii) Present your SafeEntry/TraceTogether (Vaccination Status if applicable) check-in to our friendly receptionist and you're ready to go!
[E] Package Sharing:
(i) To activate package sharing, the package holder and all his/her counterpart(s) are required to have existing accounts with us. To set up an account, click 'My Account' at our booking page.
(ii) Proceed to the counter for immediate activation by our staff. Alternatively, WhatsApp us at 87763474 with all the registered names.
[F] For shared packages, individual booking is required for any class.
[G] Only one booking can be made per time slot.
[H] All purchases bought are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
[I] Extension of expiry date is not permitted, for any reason whatsoever. Any unfinished credits will be forfeited by the system.
[J] Beatfactory Fitness Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, timing and/or date of classes or to cancel any class, course, workshop or event, with or without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.
