ZUMBA®
Zumba® is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba® routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training. If you’re all about having a party and having fun, this class is for you!
ZUMBA® TONING
Zumba® Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks, to the Zumba® workout that participants use almost like maracas! The toning sticks function like dumbbells to act as resistance weights. Zumba® Toning keeps Zumba®’s essence while focusing on strength training the arms, abs and thighs.
STRONG 30 by ZUMBA®
STRONG 30 program is the 30-minute version of the STRONG by Zumba® program. This fun and dynamic class is excellent for individuals new to interval training or those supplementing HIIT as a part of a training program.
CARDIO JAM™
Cardio Jam™ is a 1 hour, dance-based cardio class designed to get you grooving to fresh, funky & popular International hits! The aerobic style of this class will be sure to keep your heart rate up. Get fit and sculpted with this fun and exciting class!
KPOPX® FITNESS
KpopX® Fitness simplifies K-Pop dance moves with a combination of cardio exercises! An innovative dance fitness workout to popular K-Pop songs, it breaks every traditional aerobic rules. Sweat it out to 14 songs within 50 mins!
K-KARDIO
K-Kardio dance stands for Kpop Cardio Dance workout. It is an hour of non-stop workout to K-Pop hit music. It incorporates simplified MTV moves, yet retains the original feel of each song which is distinct with different moods, styles, and movements.
K-POP MV
K-Pop MV is a choreography-based class taught to popular Korean Pop music/videos. Inspired by the flashy costumes and cool accessories, K-Pop fans will love the catchy tunes accompanied with viral moves. Students will learn the MV choreography and will be taught how to execute them in class!
HIP HOP
Hip Hop is a popular, energetic dance style that evolved from the hip hop culture. Every class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a warm-up to help prepare students for the energetic choreography. Expect to learn cool moves in this class!
